What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and adjust the pickup. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after you land, and delays don't count toward that.
Where do I meet my driver at DPS?
After customs, exit the international arrivals hall. Your driver waits at [exact meeting point] holding a sign with your name. We send a photo of the spot on WhatsApp.
How much luggage fits?
Our standard car takes up to 4 passengers and 4 large bags. Surfboards and more luggage: tell us when booking and we'll send a bigger car.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free. Tell us the child's age when you book and the seat will already be fitted.
Are tolls and parking included?
Yes. Tolls, airport parking and night arrivals are all included. You pay nothing to the driver.
How do I pay?
Card (Visa/Mastercard) through a secure payment link, or QRIS. Cash on arrival only if we've agreed it first.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. After that, [policy]. If we ever miss you, the ride is free.
Do you go back to the airport?
Yes, at the same all-in price. Returning riders get [X%] off.
